MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience in aerospace/defense procurement or proposal development for government contracts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and meet aggressive deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to present complex technical and financial information to senior leadership and government customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally as required
• Demonstrated success in Program Management or Integrated Program Team (IPT) environments
• Ability to form effective relationships with diverse, geographically dispersed teams
• Proven track record of innovative problem solving
• Strong leadership skills, work ethic, and teamwork
• Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with external customers
• Working knowledge of program management methods including risk and opportunity management
Desired Skills:
• Earned Value Expertise Hands-on experience with EVMS/Earned Value programs
• Working knowledge of launchers and missile integration
• Supply chain management
• IPT leadership experience
• Ability to coordinate/manage multiple concurrent efforts.
• Knowledge of corporate and Business Area Command Media (MFC).
• Experience in capture/proposal efforts.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
