We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Systems Engineer to support the design, development, integration, testing and qualification of mission-specific systems for the Air Mobility and Maritime Missions Line of Business. The role covers platforms such as the C-130H/J, C-5M, and P-3. You will operate within a configuration-managed process-driven environment throughout all phases of the system/software development lifecycle utilizing Agile development framework. You must have experience analyzing complex technical issues, presenting
findings/recommendations and implementing
solutions. Responsibilities include performance of technical planning; creation of system requirements, design, development, and integration; and verification and validation using systems engineering principles.
You must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A
company-sponsored interim secret will be
required to start. This position is located at a
facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Systems Engineering, i.e. Avionics or Mission Systems Design, Development, Integration or Test, or related Engineering discipline.
- Proven ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation for complex integrated systems.
- Bachelor of Science degree or above from an accredited college in engineering disciplines including but not limited to Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
Desired Skills:
- Experience testing aircraft hardware in a lab environment
- Strong technical presentation skills
- Earned Value experience
- Risk and Opportunity metrics assessment
- Agile development experience
- Masters Degree

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
