Help
- You will survey facilities, monitoring safe work methods used in Trident II Missile component processing, storage, assembly, renovation, modifications, and transportation.
- You will perform duties as Safety Loading Officer (SLO) during all explosive and strategic weapons (TRIDENT II) and torpedo on-load and off-load operations at the Explosive Handling Wharf.
- You will be responsible for annual assessment, atmospheric testing, preparation of permits, mitigating hazards, monitoring, and supervising confined spaces at Strategic Weapons Facility, Pacific (SWFPAC).
- You will conduct risk assessments to recommend corrective action and hazard control measures for deficiencies to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You will perform scheduled and unscheduled safety and occupational health inspections, assessments, evaluations, and accident/incident investigations.

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
