What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and support screening and inspection procedures for people, vehicles, and materials entering or leaving the location.
• Support security-related operations by maintaining detailed logs, completing incident reports, and following post orders, use of force guidelines, and equipment handling procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
