- You will interview and counsel military, Department of Defense (DOD) and other civilian personnel seeking housing assistance on-Base or off-Base.
- You will determine housing eligibility status through the screening process.
- You will process assignments/terminations of pay-related vouchers for service members assigned to/vacating from privatized military housing.
- You will fulfil various reporting requirements regarding applicant files, occupancy data and occupant history.
- You will conduct briefings to familiarize applicants and their dependents with housing regulations, procedures and policies.

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
- This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
