Description
- Lead SAP EWM Greenfield implementations based on business requirements
- Analyze and design warehouse processes including: Receiving and put-away, Inventory management, Order picking/ packing/fulfillment and Shipping and labor management
- Configure SAP WMS/EWM solutions and document design decisions
- Develop and execute testing strategies for complex implementations
- Prepare documentation (RICEFW objects, test scripts, process flows)
- Integrate SAP WMS with other enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and analytics
- Mentor junior team members and support team leadership activities
Requirements
- 7+ years of SAP WMS/EWM functional experience
- Proven team lead experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and SAP configuration
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Greenfield EWM implementations
- Integration experience with: ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems), Handling Units and Manufacturing execution processes
- Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP Production Planning (PP)
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
