Overview

The SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions with a focus on Production Planning integrated with Quality Management. This role plays a key part in delivering Greenfield implementations and ensuring seamless integration across manufacturing and quality processes.

Description

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations for Production Planning integrated with Quality Management
• Gather business requirements and design scalable, efficient SAP solutions
• Configure and optimize SAP PP and QM modules aligned with business processes
• Deliver client demonstrations and clearly communicate business benefits of SAP PP solutions
• Drive integration across modules and systems, including: PP to QM, PP to EWM and External manufacturing and MES systems (e.g., Solumina)
• Collaborate with technical teams (BASIS, Middleware, Developers) to ensure end-to-end solution delivery
• Perform business process analysis and recommend continuous improvements
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for complex PP-QM integrations
• Support enhancements and interfaces with external applications
• Lead teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience
• 3+ years of SAP Quality Management (QM) experience
• Proven experience in SAP functional design, configuration, and implementation
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations (core PP, not IBP/APO)
• Integration experience with: Third-party Quality Management systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), such as Solumin
• Strong experience integrating SAP PP with manufacturing execution processes
• Exposure to cross-functional integration with EWM and external manufacturing systems
• Experience in solution architecture, planning, and delivery
