PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist II to join our team in Everett, WA. This role will support and administer core HR programs while partnering closely with employees, managers, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). The ideal candidate brings strong HR case management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a positive employee experience.

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist II to join our team in Everett, WA. This role will support and administer core HR programs while partnering closely with employees, managers, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). The ideal candidate brings strong HR case management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Human Resources programs, systems, and processes
- Provide guidance and implementation support for HR policies, practices, and strategic initiatives
- Resolve and manage HR cases related to attendance, employee corrective actions, and HR process inquiries
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers
- Support the delivery of key HR processes, with significant focus on attendance case management
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to support program design and execution
- Utilize HR metrics and people data to identify trends and drive effective solutions
- Develop solutions to complex HR issues by applying established policies, procedures, and precedents
- Contribute to a culture where employee experience is central to HR service delivery
- 1+ years of experience implementing and communicating HR programs, policies, and processes
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders
- Proven HR case management experience and familiarity with HR case management tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with a high-impact communication style
- Experience using Tableau and HR reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree with typically 3+ years of related HR experience, OR
- Master's degree with typically 1+ year of related HR experience, OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
