In this role, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will also deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with personnel and visitors, and bring a reliable, agile, and integrity-driven approach through teamwork every day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aero/defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with post instructions.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, restricted zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and report concerns involving restricted areas, equipment, and/or aircraft-related operations.
• Support site operations by communicating with supervisors, employees, visitors, and/or first responders regarding security-related concerns, facility conditions, and incident updates.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
