Summary/Objective

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.

Essential Functions

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including job analysis, crafting job descriptions, sourcing talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer negotiations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
• Manage all open positions, track progress and timeliness, maintain accurate data in the ATS/HRIS, and ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Use diverse sourcing strategies, ie., job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach, to attract qualified candidates and strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Partner with hiring teams to evaluate candidate qualifications, administer assessments, provide recommendations, and support onboarding for new hires.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruiting partners, and the broader talent community while promoting the employer brand and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

Required Education and Experience

• Associate's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2-3 years' experience in full cycle recruiting - DoD contractor experience a plus
• 2-3 years' experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) - experience with UltiPro / UKG a plus
