Job Description
Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Project Manager (Journeyman) to support a high-visibility federal program with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In this role, you will support program execution across multiple workstreams focused on business process improvement, Agile delivery, and operational modernization. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across stakeholders to ensure successful execution. This position involves supporting Agile ceremonies, maintaining project artifacts, and ensuring alignment across business and technical teams. You will also collaborate with program leadership to monitor performance, manage risks, and drive successful delivery outcomes.

Requirements:
- Must have the ability to manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Must have the ability to support Agile environments, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Must have the ability to track project performance, risks, and issues, and provide regular status reporting.
- Must have the ability to coordinate across stakeholders, including business, technical, and leadership teams.
- Must have the ability to maintain project management artifacts such as project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
- Must have experience supporting federal programs or contracts of similar scope and complexity.
- Must have experience using tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in project management or related fields.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance.
