Job Description
My client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Developer with strong skills in Accela development, SSRS report design, and ASP.NET/.NET to support a local government client. This role focuses on enhancing enterprise systems, developing workflows and integrations, and delivering high-quality technical solutions within the application ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to Accela development efforts, including scripting, configuration, workflow updates, and module enhancements
• Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports, including complex datasets and business logic
• Develop and maintain ASP.NET/.NET components, integrations, and related application modules
• Collaborate with team on platform development and integrated solutions
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and application architecture discussions
• Modify configurations, scripts, and technical components to meet evolving business needs
• Troubleshoot Accela and .NET application issues and identify root causes
• Produce detailed technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and enhancements
• Recommend scalable, cost-effective improvements to systems and workflows
Required Qualifications
• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of JavaScript experience
• Hands-on Accela development or configuration experience (scripting, workflows, permissions, modules)
• Experience in ASP.NET/.NET development (web apps, services, APIs)
• Proficiency in SQL and designing/modifying SSRS reports
• Experience working in enterprise Windows Server environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Knowledge of SDLC processes and relational database concepts
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced .NET development experience (integrations, middleware)
• Experience supporting Accela in government or large enterprise environments
• Experience with conversion of T-SQL to MS-SQL
• Experience with application testing and validation
• AWS experience (infrastructure, services, or integrations)
• Prior Service Now experience
