Network Operations, Senior (SPOC)

Location: Quantico, VA (100% On-Site)

Job Summary:

The Senior Network Operations Specialist (Single Point of Contact – SPOC) serves as the senior technical authority and primary escalation point for all Federal PKI network operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and performance of DoD/NSS and Only-Locally-Trusted PKI environments supporting mission-essential services. The SPOC interfaces directly with Government stakeholders and provides leadership for incident response, system sustainment, and operational continuity.


Duties/Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary Single Point of Contact for PKI network operations

· Lead response efforts for PKI outages, performance degradation, and security incidents

· Provide senior-level troubleshooting and technical resolution support

· Coordinate with Government technical leadership and enterprise service providers

· Ensure compliance with DoD/NSS PKI operational requirements

· Oversee monitoring of PKI infrastructure and supporting systems

· Support continuity of operations and disaster recovery planning

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to network operations staff

Required Qualifications/Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Minimum 8 years of experience in network or PKI operations

· Active TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility

· CISSP or equivalent certification

· Demonstrated experience supporting DoD/NSS PKI Operations & Maintenance

· Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
