You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor Swing Shift - Level 3 for the Edges & Radomes Manufacturing team which is responsible for overseeing multi-functional production in the composites area.

Basic Qualifications:
• Manufacturing &/or Production Operations Experience.
• Experience with tools, machines, &/or systems used in a production/manufacturing environment along with composite fabrication techniques.
• Prior Experience Leading.
• Experience with business metrics (KPIs) to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality, safety)
• Experience with reading and interpreting process specs and drawings.
Desired Skills:
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Previous work in a Union environment
• Ability to use Lean Manufacturing principles to solve problems.
• Experience Microsoft Office applications• Strong written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• 2 years' experience in composite layup Manufacturing or composite repair.
• Familiar with SFM (shop floor management)
• Ability to self-start and solve problems. Selected candidate will lead multiple task centers across a shift.
• Experience with leading complex composite builds to include layup, bonding core, conical shapes, autoclaves, ovens.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
