Description:The Lockheed Martin AI Center, AI Factory is looking for a dynamic engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, rapid-response environment. As part of the Mission Enablement Team, you will design and deliver innovative, scalable mission-centric hardware and cloud-native solutions that power Lockheed Martin's most advanced mission programs. You'll work hands-on with cutting-edge IT and AI infrastructure and translate complex challenges into real-world capabilities. As an AI Hardware and Full Stack Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the development, modification, testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications and IT infrastructure in support of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will be a key technical resource for our hands-on enablement services, working closely with program engineering teams across all Lockheed Martin business areas to establish IT and AI infrastructure environments.

You will be responsible for:
• Being a key technical resource for our hands-on Mission Enablement team, working closely with program engineering teams across all Lockheed Martin business areas

• Developing creative, straightforward solutions to technical and user experience challenges
• Designing and deploying hardware and cloud-based infrastructure using Infrastructure as
• Code solutions
• Deploying and sustaining complex Kubernetes platform offerings
• Providing inputs towards the architecture solution for software development environments
• Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning Services across cloud and on-premise environments
• Travel to support demonstration integration efforts

Basic Qualifications:
• 3 years of demonstrated experience with Linux, Kubernetes and some Windows administration.
• Demonstrated experience with NVDIA GPU, Google TPU or ASICs
• Demonstrated experience with network hardware
• Demonstrated experience with compute, storage and network hardware
• Demonstrated experience with modern software development concepts such as CI/CD, Containerization, Infrastructure as Code.
• Must be near a major Lockheed Martin Facility with classified connectivity.
• Some travel is required.
• A Secret security clearance is required.
Desired Skills:
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or Linux Foundation Certified Systems Administrator (LFCS)
• CompTIA Linux+
• CompTIA Security+
• 3 or more years of experience engineering, managing, and deploying cloud and on prem infrastructure (Azure, AWS, VMware,etc)
• 3+ years of experience developing infrastructure software, with strong proficiency in Linux/Unix, Python, Go, and Rust
• Experience with deployment and management of enterprise Kubernetes infrastructures and associated services
• Demonstrated experience with NVDIA GPU, TPU or ASICs
• Demonstrated experience with network hardware
• Demonstrated experience with on prem shared storage solutions (eg NetApp) and cloud storage solutions (eg S3 or Blob Storage)
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
