We are looking for experienced Platform Engineers who wants to help strengthen our team working with NATO and Norway's digital defense capability. At a time when decisions are made in seconds and security depends on precise data flow, we need experts who can build and operate secure, robust, and scalable platforms that form the backbone of nextgeneration defense solutions.

Your role and responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate secure Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms in hybrid cloud environments
- Automate infrastructure and operations using Ansible, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices
- Ensure high availability, performance, and integrity for systems supporting real-time decision-making
- Collaborate with development teams and domain experts in the defense sector to deliver robust, scalable, and verifiable solutions
- Troubleshoot challenges in complex, mission-critical environments
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift
- Solid Linux expertise and good understanding of VMware
- Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Good understanding of security principles in container and cloud environments
- Experience with monitoring and observability
- Red Hat or Kubernetes certifications
- Experience with cloud platforms or high-security environments
- Familiarity with service mesh and security tooling
- Must have Norwegian Passport and be eligible for security clearance at a minimum of Norwegian SECRET and/or NATO SECRET
- Must be able to speak and write fluent Norwegian
