What You Will Be Doing
You will be the Contracts Negotiation Sr Staff for the Aeronautics Advanced Development Programs Contracts Management Team. Our team is responsible for delivering end to end contract solutions that enable an advanced, classified program. This role requires a Final Secret DoD security clearance for consideration and the ability to obtain and maintain Program Accesses. This role is 100% onsite at an LM Aero facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support audits, as
appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance.
-Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. May plan and participate in training of contract practices
within Company.
- Collect contractual data and compiles reports in response to Corporate and
Business Area requests.

Basic Qualifications:
• 8+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in all aspects of the contract life
cycle including proposals, negotiations,
administration throughout performance, and contract close-out.
• Must have Final Secret DoD Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain unique Program Accesses
• Experience in the FAR and DFAR and the
application of the laws in DOD contracting.
• Experience with the ECE (Electronic
Contracting Environment), IWTA system and
their governing policies and procedures.
adherence to Delegation of Authority and
approval requirements for proposals and
contractual actions.
• Experience working with the Department of Defense.
• Experience protecting intellectual property.
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience within a Lockheed Martin
Finance and Business Operations organization
is highly desired.
• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and/or Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) experience
• The candidate must possess the ability to
influence positive business outcomes with fact
reason, and the ability to convey the
company's positions both orally and via
exceptional writing skills.
• This is a highly visible role often involving
face-to-face negotiations with U.S. Government
Customers (both Military and civilian). As
such, the successful candidate must possess
exceptional bearing and professionalism.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
