Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our client. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full life-cycle recruiting for high-volume, clearance-required roles while partnering closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to execute strategic hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist include:
· Execute full life-cycle recruiting, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer support
· Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and align recruiting strategies
· Source and engage high-quality candidates using advanced search techniques, job boards, recruiting events, and networking
· Manage high-volume candidate pipelines while maintaining accurate, real-time data in the ATS
· Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
· Leverage recruiting metrics and data to provide hiring status updates and insights to leadership and HR partners
· Support ad-hoc recruiting projects and strategic talent initiatives as needed
Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist include:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
· Proven experience sourcing candidates using multiple channels and recruiting technologies
· Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications, cultural alignment, and clearance eligibility
· Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments
· Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
· Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance, including favorable background and credit checks
Compensation for the Talent Acquisition Specialist includes:
· Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 depending on experience
