We are currently seeking a Computer Systems Analyst (ACTR) to support naval operations with specialized information assurance and cybersecurity solutions. The ACTR will provide critical assistance in managing Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) orders, mobile device management, and support for various ongoing IT projects within the Department of Defense. ideal candidate will be able to perform the following tasks, as well as possess the following education and experience.

This role requires in-person support.

Duties:
  • Directly support ONR CTR by creating NMCI orders, moves, adds, and changes (MACs), and handling special requests.
  • Provide project support related to NMCI including Windows 10 updates, Microsoft 365 (Flank Speed) migration, mobile device refreshes, SIPR kiosk refreshes, and facility SIPR capability expansion.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, processing account and hardware requests associated with NMCI and mobile devices.
  • Issue, configure, and troubleshoot government-issued iPhones and mobile devices, including configuring mobile access to NMCI email systems.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Flank Speed and other IT services.
  • Maintain necessary logs and documentation to support analyses and reporting.
  • Assist with RFID tagging and asset management utilizing SAM database for NMCI assets.

Required Education:
  • High school diploma or GED with
  • A Security+/SecurityX, CASP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred.

Desired Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in LAN/WAN system administration, systems maintenance, and monitoring/reporting.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Flank Speed services is preferred.
  • Proficiency with mobile device management and asset management, including RFID tagging and use of asset databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support efficiently.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
