We are currently seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support PMA-231 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. T he Program Management Analyst will provide support across the Tomahawk Weapons System Program Office, PMA-280, and directly support the Missile Systems Recertification IPTL. [TM1]
The Senior Program Management Analyst applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:
· Coordinating between PMA-280 and external customers for technical planning, execution, and meeting support, including developing briefing materials, responding to data requests, and tracking actions.
o Supporting risk management activities with PMA-280's Risk Manager, external customers, and other PMA-280 IPTs.
o Supporting development of spend plans, preparing budget review materials, and collaborating with field activities across projects, as well as other PMA-280 IPTs to track execution and program funding levels.
o Coordinating with PMA-280 IPTs and external customers to develop schedule inputs related to contract procurements and capability cut ins.
o Supporting contract execution activities to include monitoring contractor's build progress, parts line of balance and delivery status
· Supporting weekly NAVAIR leadership status updates and NAVAIR leadership data calls, as needed.

Must hold or be able to obtain Secret clearance.
Required Education : MS or MA degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline.
Allowable Substitution:
BS or BA degree and an additional Two (2) years of experience.
Required Experience: Minimum of Ten ( 10) years of experience in performing the duties described in the functional area. Candidate must have at least four (4) years professional experience in a NAVAIR Program Office.
Desired Experience:
· At least four (4) years professional experience in a NAVAIR Program Office.
· PMP Certified.
· Effective project management skills in order to develop, plan, analyze, and execute projects across the full system life cycle.
· Experience and expertise utilizing project management tools in order to conduct schedule analysis, track and coordinate technical requirements, documentation, and briefing packages, manage and lead cost estimating and budgeting, understand earned value management, and lead risk and opportunity management processes.
· Work collaboratively in a team environment, coordinate with various stakeholders, and manage external relationships effectively.
· Able to think and speak clearly, present ideas effectively, and work with people at all levels of organizational hierarchy.
Must hold or maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $86,190.40-$129,285.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
