Summary:
• Lead the development and advancement of an agentic platform designed to enable autonomous workflows.
• Build sophisticated agentic integrations utilizing Python, advanced AI models, and frameworks like LangGraph.
• Implement real-time streaming analytics solutions leveraging Kafka and Elasticsearch.
• Manage and optimize platform deployments within AWS Cloud environments, utilizing Kubernetes for orchestration and Gitlab CICD for continuous integration and delivery.
• Apply deep expertise in Software Development, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, Streaming Analytics, Mission Command Platforms (MCP), Cyber Warfare/Cyber Defense, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Computer Network Operations (CNO).

Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 12+ years
Salary: $308k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions for autonomous workflows.
• Engineer robust software applications using Python.
• Integrate and optimize AI models and LangGraph frameworks into platform architectures.
• Implement and manage real-time data streaming pipelines with Kafka.
• Develop and maintain search and analytics capabilities using Elasticsearch.
• Administer and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, specifically with Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab.
• Apply expertise in Software Development and DevOps practices.
• Utilize Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence techniques to enhance platform capabilities.
• Contribute to areas requiring knowledge of Mission Command Platforms (MCP), Cyber Warfare/Cyber Defense, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Computer Network Operations (CNO).
• Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical requirements.
