Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Operational Accounting
· Process high-volume vendor invoices (raw materials, supplies, and services)
· Perform three-way matching (PO, receiving, invoice)
· Partner with Purchasing and Receiving to resolve discrepancies
· Maintain accurate vendor master data
· Prepare and execute payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)
· Reconcile vendor statements and manage AP aging
· Support cash flow planning and working capital management
· Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
General Accounting & Financial Support
· Assist with month-end and year-end close
· Prepare journal entries, including accruals
· Reconcile general ledger accounts
· Support financial reporting and management analysis
· Assist with internal and external audits
· Maintain organized accounting documentation
· Participate in process improvement initiatives
· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
· 2–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing required)
· Strong Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
· ERP system experience required
· Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
