Job Description

Custom Media Operations Developer

Join the advanced security operations Custom Media Operations team, winners of the President's Intelligence Advisory Board Killian Award for outstanding mission support. CMO is leading the charge on media capabilities in the intelligence community. You will support the team in full-stack web development efforts that connect CMO's capabilities with their customers. This role offers hands-on experience developing solutions within the state-of-the-art AI/ML landscape.
Responsibilities:
  • Buids and maintains full stack applications in collaboration with business leaders and AI/ML engineers providing custom media operations.
  • Partners with AI/ML engineers, senior stakeholders, and business users to thoroughly understand complex operational challenges and translate those needs into robust, technical solutions.
Required Skills:
  • Proven ability to take a project from initial concept/scoping through iterative development, rigorous testing, and final deployment.
  • Highly self-directed, with experience decomposing work into features and actions, with minimal oversight.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Java/Spring Boot and Python/Flask.
  • AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer, or general experience with managing software infrastructure in AWS.

Experience Required: 8 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or 12 years without a degree

Location: Columbia, MD

Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required

Salary Range: $148,000 - $177,000
