Sr. Software Engineer (Advanced Security Operations)
This focused Sr. Software Engineer will be supporting advanced security operations development across many development groups by designing, developing, and integrating tools to assist in development activities. Having a deep understanding of the customer's mission, dataflow, and tooling is critical to this position. You will be expected to provide guidance and vision as you work with mission stakeholders and software engineers to specify, develop, integrate, and test new workflows aided by AI/ML technologies.

Salary Range: $204,000 - $247,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead a project from inception to delivery in the advanced security operations domain, including; problem decomposition, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
- Interact with mission stakeholders to elicit requirements and devise solutions.
- Collaborate with other software engineers to test workflows, identify issues, and recommend pathways for fixes.
- Production-grade software development experience in Python.
- Experience within the advanced security operations developer domain developing tools for operational use.
- Experience with development of AI systems and customization of AI models.
- Practical experience with platforms for processing Agency data sets.
- Experience with software source control (git) and Atlassian tool suite - Jira, Confluence.
- Experience working as a lead for a development team.
- Practical experience in one or more artificial intelligence domains (e.g., intelligent systems, autonomy, planning, LLMs and LLM Training).
