Salary: $58,935 - $110,000
Guidance Quality (GQ) administrative analyst works closely with the lead, relieving administrative burdens so the lead can focus on technical aspects of the project.
Essential Job Functions:
The GQ Admin Analyst responsibilities include:
Track GQ Team personnel and any required travel requirements such as support for ship certification testing.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience is required.
Interim Secret Security Clearance required on Day 1.
Excellent communications skills.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Project.
Experience with NAVAIR technical review processes.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
Familiar with Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems.

The GQ Admin Analyst responsibilities include:
- Manage and track weekly tasking of the GQ team members across various efforts
- Maintain the GQ Teams site and perform configuration management on documentation
- Perform technical editing on documentation and manage review cycles
- Manage comment resolution and submission for documentation
- Coordinate with higher-level configuration manager on ISEA documentation updates
- Manage and run weekly working group meetings, coordinating agenda and briefs with GQ Lead, and take meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with outside JPALS contractors on required events where GQ Team participation is required
- Represent GQ Team in meetings as necessary and coordinate follow-on actions with GQ Lead.
- Liaison between GQ Team and other functional areas, program offices, and outside contractors.
