Job Title: Program Coordinator II (Emergency Management)Location: March Air Reserve Base, CAHours: 0700-1630

Overview:Rivet Operations Company is seeking a Program Coordinator II (Emergency Management) to support the Air National Guard, March Air Reserve Base (ARB), Office of Emergency Management. The role oversees asset accountability, readiness training administration, and implementation of key emergency management systems. T\Additionally, the position supports Emergency Management operations during inspections, exercises, planning activities, and regional coordination efforts, contributing to improved preparedness, compliance, and mission capability.

Responsibilities:

Asset Management- Maintain the official system-of-record asset database.- Create and manage a local database for non-UTC and high-risk/pilferable assets.- Track and report equipment shortfalls with cost estimates.

Readiness Training Management- Maintain sign-in rosters and update ARIS with training attendance.- Schedule training sessions in ARIS according to local guidance.- Oversee the Readiness Training Database to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Prepare course-specific training metrics and quarterly readiness reports for NGB/A4XD.Training Course Development Support.- Identify and propose plans to meet Total Force and Wing Readiness Training requirements.- Assist Emergency Management personnel in developing approved training courses.- Maintain access to required source materials and references for course creation.

ARIS Implementation and Administration- Input required asset, class, and training information into ARIS.- Maintain documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.

Emergency Management Support Plans- Develop, implement, and maintain EM Support Plans aligned with host installation EM plans.- Ensure documentation complies with DAFI 10-2501.Attend required meetings and training sessions.

CBRN-IS and COP Training- Attend required training on all relevant software systems.- Create and update lesson plans for each system.- Provide user training (up to 8 hours per week) and respond to training requests within 3 duty days.

All Hazards Response Trailer & Equipment Maintenance- Conduct monthly inspections within required timelines.- Maintain equipment in fully mission-capable condition.- Provide restricted-area escorting for contractors as needed (up to 10 hours per week).- Deliver equipment training and respond to requests within 3 duty days.- Maintain driver certification and train personnel on vehicle/trailer operations.

Emergency Management Operational Support- Coordinate support for EM Flights during training and inspection cycles.- Report equipment or material shortfalls to appropriate EM leadership.- Support Wing Inspection Team activities, including exercise execution and trend analysis.- Participate in EM program reviews, wellness visits, and Large-Scale Readiness Exercises.- Assist regional EM leadership with planning and operations, including development of CONOPS, MOAs/MOUs, MAAs, and related EM plans and checklists.

Requirements

Required Qualifications- Highly desired Bachelor's degree or 5 years demonstrated practical experience in Emergency Management- Basic knowledge of Emergency Management field- Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues- Must be proficient in the use of Power Point, Excel, Word, Access, (Outlook Microsoft Office Suite)- Use various software programs to maintain database files and prepare reports,- Address and respect all military officials and members IAW their grade and/or rank in all forms of communication.- Coordinate and communicate with other organizational employees using proper etiquette and manners at all times.- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%

Security: Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.

Physical Requirements:Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
