Full Stack Developer (UI & Data Analytics)
Join a mission-critical effort supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) within the Office of Eurasia (AOE), based in Springfield, VA, where data, analytics, and user experience converge to drive real-world intelligence operations.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will design and build analyst-facing applications that transform complex, large-scale datasets into intuitive, actionable insights. You will work directly with data scientists and end users to develop and enhance web-based solutions that support advanced analytics workflows. In this role, you will contribute across the full stack by building responsive user interfaces, integrating backend services and databases, and delivering scalable solutions in a secure, production-focused environment. This position sits at the intersection of user experience, data engineering, and mission impact, directly supporting critical intelligence decisions.

Requirements:
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
◦ Or a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
◦ Or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience developing and maintaining web-based applications supporting large-scale data analytics workflows in collaboration with data science teams and end users
• Experience gathering and incorporating user feedback into application design and development, with strong ability to engage stakeholders across multiple user groups
• Understanding of machine learning concepts in operational environments, including awareness of ethical AI considerations and common AI/ML use cases
• Experience building data-driven user interfaces supporting image display, time-series analysis, geospatial/map visualizations, and structured or free-text user inputs
• Experience integrating backend systems using Oracle databases and REST APIs for data read/write operations
• Solid programming experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript/Typescript, SQL)
• Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) or similar platforms to support analytics and decision-making
• Experience with user management functionality in web or enterprise applications
• Experience developing in GitLab and working within CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes
Desired:
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Experience integrating generative AI capabilities into web applications
• Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar analytics/data integration platforms
• Experience with React.js and/or Plotly Dash for interactive application development
• Experience creating custom graphics or advanced visualizations for analytic tools
