Salary range: The hourly amount for this position can be found at the top of this posting. This role is covered by the Service Contract Act. The wage rate will vary depending on the locality. Additionally, you will receive Health and Welfare Benefits based on the WD for the contract. Shipping and Receiving Clerk

In this role you will:
- Receive inbound shipments, inspect packaging, validate counts, segregate materials, and document items using Government logs and forms.
- Prepare materials for delivery, including labeling, staging, documentation, and routing in accordance with PWS timelines and Government rules.
- Generate daily delivery manifests and complete required documentation for all outgoing shipments.
- Deliver material across the installation, obtaining signatures and ensuring proper chain-of-custody.
- Report damaged, unidentified, or frustrated material and document findings as required.
- Support customer service requests regarding shipment status, delivery issues, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate files including bills of lading, delivery logs, WMFs, and discrepancy reports.
- Follow all safety requirements including vehicle credentials, PPE, and lifting procedures (up to 70 lbs).
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to meet Government suitability requirements
- Active Secret Clearance, or the ability obtain within 30 days.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience consistent with the Government-defined Shipping/Receiving Clerk labor category (SCLS 21130).
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate approved delivery vehicles.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.
- A current OSHA certification or willing to obtain
- Successful background check to include fingerprint checks and drug screenings
