**THIS POSITION IS INCUMBENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
Longeviti LLC is searching for a Contract Program Manager with an active Top Secret clearance and at least ten (10) years of experience in government program management and logistics to support the DIA in the National Capital Region (NCR) and other CONUS DIA sites.
DESCRIPTION:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create a detailed Program Management Plan (PMP) for divisional/branch teams covering contract scope, timelines, resources, risk management, and stakeholder engagement; integrate logistics optimization to identify gaps, boost supply chain efficiency, and align with Government objectives.
* Facilitate monthly meetings with FLS Divisions and branch Leadership to align on program objectives, status updates and strategic initiatives. The contractor must utilize agendas to structure discussions and ensure actionable outcomes.
* Oversee and manage the overall contract program to guarantee compliance with contract terms, performance metrics, and stakeholder expectations relating to material and logistical services; serve as the single point of contact to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)/ Program Management Office (PMO).
* Ensure staffing levels meet PWS workload requirements by recruiting, assigning, and retaining personnel in the labor categories (LCATS) identified in the contract/task order. The Contractor shall verify and document that assigned personnel possess the required qualifications, skills, and experience; manage onboarding and replacements to prevent performance gaps; and provide timely notification to the Government COR/ACOR of staffing shortfalls and proposed corrective actions.
* Collect/validate material requirements; document specification/quantities/locations/dates; maintain requirements tracker and integrated schedule.
* Ensure accountable records for inventory and GFP/CAP (as applicable), including receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, and disposition; plan and execute cycle counts and annual inventories.
* Produce reports on costs (actual vs. budgeted), performance metrics, issues, and mitigations; submit data-driven updates utilizing advanced Excel features to automate reporting where possible.
* Ensure compliance with site/security rules and controlled item procedures; coordinate secure storage/access controls; ensure hazmat and records compliance.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:
* Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management and logistics, including developing strategies, leading teams, creating project schedules, and monitoring/reporting status.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, outlook)
* Experience managing government (federal/state/local) service contracts with tasking similar to office moves, property accountability, or facilities logistics.
* Familiarity with property accountability/turn-in processes and documentation control.
* Knowledge of OSHA-aligned safety practices for material handling; ability to enforce safe lifting, PPE, and incident reporting.
* Strong stakeholder coordination (customer reps, custodians, security, loading dock/facilities).
* Strong written and verbal communication for status reports, documentation, and issue escalation.
