Job Description

Need to work 100% onsite in Sterling Heights, MI
Must have a BS degree in any technical field (EE/ME, CS, etc)
Skills:
10+ years of overall project management experience with at least 5 of those on Defense programs, or other regulated industry roles (aviation and automotive would be considered)
Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System) to manage all projects within agreed upon contract scope, schedule and budget
Experience creating project plans/schedules, including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) deliveries to the customer in accordance with contracts.
Experience working with technical leads to ensure corrective actions are developed, validated, and approved and that critical issues that pose a significant risk to a production program are resolved.

The EPM will be responsible for both production support as well as sustainment activities. This will be accomplished by providing engineering leadership of a cross-functional team with responsibility and authority to deliver key products within schedule, budgetary, and technical constraints
