Connected Logistics is seeking a Product Manager to leads product delivery for VA Health Applications, managing backlog and stakeholder alignment for digital forms, eligibility workflows, and submission processes across Health Enrollment (HEC – Health Eligibility Center) and Veteran and Family Member Programs (VFMP). Responsible for translating policy and business rules into user-facing form logic, branching workflows, and incremental releases that improve completion rates, reduce Veteran burden, and support accurate downstream processing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage backlog and sprint planning
Translate requirements into user stories
Coordinate with VA stakeholders
Track product outcomes and performance
Requirements
Must have 5+ years Agile product management experience
AI-Assisted Development Experience
Experience using Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Claude (or similar tools).
Ability to leverage AI for backlog refinement, story development, and analysis of user feedback and product metrics.
Familiarity with integrating AI insights into product decision-making.
Preferred VA Experience
Health Enrollment (10-10EZ, 10-10EZR)
Caregiver (10-10CG), CHAMPVA / VFMP
VA Collaboration Cycle and VA.gov delivery
Preferred Certifications (Not Required)
CSPO
SAFe POPM
PMP or PMI-ACP
