Indotronix is seeking an :Cable and Harness Technician 2, Melbourne, FL
Clearance Type: Secret
Work Shift: 4x10 (Mon-Thurs.)
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years exp
Responsibilities:
Interpret cable designs and verify material identification with full traceability during fabrication and testing
Perform cable and harness assembly and testing with moderate complexity
Inspect and validate quality of hardware and components
Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and handled per engineering requirements
Follow work instructions, schematics, and standard shop practices accurately
Identify and report inconsistencies, deviations, and safety concerns
Support lab fabrication and testing activities in a team-based environment
Maintain organized workspace and adhere to quality and safety standards
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of related education or experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
Active DoD Secret clearance required with ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience or Technical Degree/some college
Experience in cable/harness assembly, mechanical assembly, and electronics testing
Familiarity with electronic evaluation and troubleshooting techniques
