- You will exercise managerial authority for the objectives, direction, and integration of policy governing Information Management (IM), Cybersecurity (CS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- You will apply advanced principles of Cybersecurity and IT security compliance to assess, evaluate, and monitor enterprise-level programs for compliance with federal laws and regulations.
- You will analyze complex, Cyber-related policies and programs and apply information assurance principles to assess new systems, networks, and software for potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- You will implement and utilize Cybersecurity policies, methods, and resources in complex operational environments, including continuous monitoring, incident response, and system accreditation.
- You will provide expert technical guidance on critical IT security issues and to express complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including senior executive leaders.
- You will plan and assign work to subordinates, setting priorities, evaluating performance, and providing guidance on work and administrative matters.
- You will interview candidates, develop performance standards, resolve grievances, and make decisions on training needs.
