Our team is looking for you, an experienced Intelligence Community Architecture Lead with a strong modeling background and collaboration skills to provide guidance and support to senior level government directors for ground enterprise solutions in the IC and DoD.

This program provides SETA (Systems Engineering Technical Advisor) & SE&I (Systems Engineering & Integration) services to an IC customer with a focus on acquisition and operations of a complex mission system and supporting IT infrastructure. The contract support is part of the customer core team focused on all aspects of the system's life cycle including CONOPS development, capturing requirements, working with developers to deliver capability, testing to ensure capabilities meet requirements, transitioning to operations and operations support. The program also supports innovations/technology development, provides acquisition and project management support to government program managers and IT information assurance security support.

The selected candidate will have frequent client interactions and support system and mission strategy development across the various ground offices. The candidate will have daily interaction with the customer and supporting contractors and will need to follow customer standards and processes as the program matures through the life cycle. Candidate will interact with multiple Acquisition Offices (AOs) and support technical consultation, meeting coordination, and support to recommendation briefings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Integrate new systems and initiatives in support of customer/mission partner requirements and work directly with our developers and users in operations
  • Understanding diverse data types and applying to enterprise level architectures and solutions
  • Experience developing architecture diagrams and software
  • Experience/Certifications with Digital Engineering and associated software
  • Translating complex, technical findings into a narrative (e.g., tell a story with the information) in graphical, verbal, or written form
  • Ability to assist in preparation of presentations and reports
  • Monitor system and segment schedules, recognize dependencies
  • Identify risks and opportunities
  • Aiding in meeting facilitation and information sessions
  • Agile development experience
  • Government Acquisition processes
  • Candidate will be required to sign and adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreement(s) and (2) Confidential Agreement and Conflict of Interest Certification

Qualifications

  • Requires a degree and experience: BS with 10-12 years, MS with 8-10 years, PhD with 5-7 years.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
  • Intelligence Community or DoD experience and work history
  • Experience developing technical architecture solutions - Knowledge of intelligence collection methods, capabilities, and tasking processes
  • Experience in supporting Requirements Engineering, CONOPS development, and system integration to accommodate End to End Systems Engineering
  • Experience/Certifications with Digital Engineering or Model Base Systems Engineering software
  • Strong project management skills and ability to concisely brief project status to senior leadership
  • Apply Agile principles to management of a government/contractor development team working disparate projects
  • Expected to create/brief packages which include technical requirements, implementation plan, risks and success criteria
  • Support Acquisition processes as needed
  • Knowledge of, and experience executing, SAFe Agile methodology
  • Excellent communication skills, multi-task and lead several projects simultaneously
