- Translates high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and works with multi-disciplined engineering teams to develop lower-level detailed requirements.
- Participates in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation.
- Generates system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures.
- Reviews test plans/procedures and ensures they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements.
Qualifications

Required:
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
- Knowledge of, and experience defining ECP and SOWs; executing acquisition activities and practices
- Experience performing generating GROM, Reviewing CROM
- Experience with communication and collaboration across large team
- Commitment to recognize, understand, respect and operate effectively within various SETA, FFRDC, and Government lines of authority
Desired:
- Familiarity with overall GEOINT ground customer, technical familiarity with mission control and/or processing of one or more GEOINT systems, including sensor knowledge.
- Ability to work for specific IC customer and familiarity with that customer's processes and organization.
- Knowledge of, and experience executing, SAFe Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of GEOINT remote sensing systems and overall space and ground architecture including mission management and/or mission processing functions.
- Integration and closure experience within overall customer domain.
- Detailed knowledge of customer's mission capabilities (to include GEOINT and Multi-INT domains) and overall space and ground architecture.
- Expertise in mission technical capabilities and system performance analysis and assessment.
- Experience identifying user needs and gaps, identifying potential solutions, and assessing/analyzing alternatives.
- Experience in supporting Requirements Engineering, CONOPs development, and system integration within MBSE construct to accommodate End to End Systems Engineering.
