Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ CI Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead product management for advanced virtualization and containerization technologies.
• Drive the development and implementation of solutions for cyber mission systems.
• Integrate expertise across Systems Engineering, Requirements Analysis, Program Management, and Software Development.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Oversee the administration of Kubernetes clusters and VMWare environments.
• Manage System Security programs and ensure robust Software Testing processes.
• Leverage knowledge in Cloud repository/Big Data technologies, Cyber Warfare/Cyber Defense, and military defense systems.
• Provide strategic Technical Team Leadership.

Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 12+ years
Salary: $320k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Define and manage product roadmaps for virtualization and containerization solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive Systems Engineering and Requirements Analysis for complex systems.
• Provide Program Management leadership, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Guide Software Development efforts from conception through deployment.
• Implement and champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, effectively utilizing JIRA and Confluence.
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters and VMWare environments.
• Develop and manage System Security programs, ensuring compliance and robust protection.
• Oversee and conduct thorough Software Testing procedures.
• Work with MinIO and other Cloud repository/Big Data solutions.
• Apply specialized knowledge in Cyber Warfare/Cyber Defense and military defense systems.
• Provide strong Technical Team Leadership, mentoring and guiding technical staff.
