Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead and direct all aspects of complex systems engineering initiatives.
• Provide strategic technical vision and guidance for system development and integration efforts.
• Drive the successful delivery of advanced system solutions through all lifecycle phases.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Salary: $350k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Oversee the entire systems engineering lifecycle, from concept development to deployment and sustainment.
• Lead the definition, analysis, and decomposition of system requirements.
• Direct the architecture, design, and modeling of complex systems.
• Guide system integration, testing, verification, and validation activities.
• Provide expert technical leadership and mentorship to a team of systems engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system development and delivery.
• Implement best practices and industry standards for systems engineering processes and methodologies.
• Manage technical risks and propose effective mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
• AWS cloud architecture and ServiceNow experience highly desired!
