- Relevant background in data management or governance, data management tool use, and/or tool development, in addition to demonstrated experience delivering training courses.
- Experience in ISD methodologies and are proficient in the use of industry standard instructional technology platforms and web-based authoring tools.
Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from Journeymen to Expert based off of experience, assessments and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated experience delivering classroom-based, blended, or virtual instructor-led training in an IC environment
- Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor or Partner agency data in a Mission operations environment and/or demonstrated experience developing or configuring tools or platforms for Mission use
- Instructor certification highly desired
- Demonstrated experience drafting presentations, interactive exercises, and evaluation reports on training effectiveness
- Experience in the Sponsor agency curriculum review process highly desired
- Proficiency with online and web-based training authoring tools highly desired
