Responsibilities are in more than one of the following facilities areas: facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing or real estate coordination. Works closely with and/or provides advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.
Use your facilities experience to support the facilities project management and maintenance teams with project planning and contractor support, including project oversite, and development of construction hardware standards. In addition, support office planning with space evaluation and recommendations. Other responsibilities will include evaluation and recommendations for improvements to the site trash pick-up process and scheduling, including site landscape maintenance, evaluating, developing, and maintaining janitorial procedures and schedules for the site, perform janitorial QA inspections, provide product and equipment assessments and recommendations, and oversite of Capital Asset inventory.

Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

- Bachelors and 5 or more years' experience in Facilities managing general construction including HVAC, electrical, data, audio visual projects or MS Degree and 3 or more years in Facilities managing general construction including HVAC, electrical, data, audio visual projects. Or 9 years or more experience in Facilities managing general construction including HVAC, electrical, data, audio visual projects in lieu of a degree
- Experience with MS Office products, including MS project, and Maintenance Work Order software
- Experience reading Blue Prints.
Preferred Qualifications Principal Facilities Representative:
- MS Degree.
- Experience using SAP.
- Bilingual.
