About This Role
We're seeking a System Engineer to design, develop, and implement solutions for projects and coordinate applications across functions and organizations. You'll ensure the integration of projects meets organizational requirements, applying functional and industry knowledge to solve a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. This role requires a hands-on approach to systems engineering with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation
$150,000 - $250,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions for engineering projects
Coordinate applications across functions and between organizations
Ensure the integration of projects meets organizational requirements
Gather and analyze technical requirements from customers and translate them into actionable engineering tasks
Conduct hands-on assessments of systems and infrastructure
Develop and deliver presentations and briefings for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support systems across Windows and Linux environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity
Maintain and troubleshoot network devices and related infrastructure
Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience gathering technical requirements from customers and translating them into actionable items
Experience with Windows and Linux environments
Experience or knowledge of network devices
Ability to review and design presentations, written materials, and briefings for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to conduct hands-on assessments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Linux, Python, VMware, and Wireshark
Experience with computer components and hardware
Experience with software development
Solid understanding of the OSI model and how its layers impact the development of tools and capabilities
Knowledge of the IC's mission, vision, goals, and values
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
