Job Description
We have an outstanding Contract position for an Embedded S/W Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Grand Prairie, TX surrounding area.
**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.**
Seeking a qualified embedded real-time Software Engineer to work in the Grand Prairie, TX office to develop, test, and integrate software. The software is being developed on multi-core , multi-threading environment using C++ on CentOS Linux and Windows operating systems environments. The candidate will experience all phases of software development ranging from requirements analysis through code implementation and formal qualification testing.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrica l.
- Engineering or related field.
- Real-time embedded software development.
- C++ (version 11 or higher).
- Linux Operating Systems (CentOS, Rocky 8, or similar distribution ).
Desired Qualifications:
- Multi-threading/multiprocessing development.
- GitLab CI/CD Pipelines.
- GoogleTest or similar Unit test tool.
- Knowledge of Publish / Subscribe communication protocol Data Distribution Services (DDS) by RTI is preferred.
- Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA).
- C-Make.
- Cameo Modeler.
- Windows Operating System.
- Experience as a software engineer working with multi-disciplined teams.
