IT Program Manager

Nightwing is seeking an IT Project Manager to support managing and deploying operational systems in support of a wide range of operational needs. The candidate will be part of team that supports the evolution of systems and initiatives. The candidate will analyze Sponsor business functions and recommend/implement improvements for Sponsor consideration.

Mandatory Skills:

• Assist with organization's transactions for strategic projects and initiatives
• Demonstrated experience working as a Program Manager for multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Team collaboration to support customer's priorities
• Coordinate briefings for management and partners and facilitates meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Respond to operational taskings and actions
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate across teams driving toward strategic program objectives.
• Strong written and communication skills to interface with customers and staff management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience reviewing, maintaining and improving internal customer business functions.
• Engage across the customer's various mission areas to identify functional gaps, identify solutions, plan out solutions, coordinate changes
