Operations Center Support Analyst
The Opportunity:
We are seeking highly qualified logistics professionals with aircraft maintenance, supply, sustainment, and readiness backgrounds to support the transformation of a global Operations Center into a world class, 24 / 7 enterprise. You will provide operational support, advanced readiness analytics, supply chain execution, depot coordination, sustainment engineering integration, and the development of standardized technical products across the global fleet .

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Operations Center Support Analyst
The Opportunity:

You will provide operational support, advanced readiness analytics, supply chain execution, depot coordination, sustainment engineering integration, and the development of standardized technical products across the global fleet .
What You'll Do:
- Support 24 / 7 / 365 Operations Center activities.
- Analyze readiness, maintenance, and supply data to identify trends and root causes.
- Execute end to end supply chain functions, including inventory, transportation, war ehousing, and global logistics.
- Coordinate with depots, OEMs, Services, Partners, and FMS.
- Assist with depot work packages, modifications, and engineering coordination.
- Maintain and assist in the development of procedures, WSPDs, policies , and technical documentation.
- Drive readiness improvement, sustainment engineering integration, and enterprise collaboration.
- Ensure OPSEC compliant communications across all operational environments.

You Have:
- 15+ years of experience in aircraft organizational maintenance, supply and transportation, or fleet sustainment
- 10+ years of experience across all 12 Integrated Product Support Elements
- 5+ years of experience working with F 35 enterprise systems, logistics AIS tools, dashboards, or data platforms
- Experience in high tempo or 24 / 7 operations center s, and DoD or commer cia l supply chain, transportation, and war ehousing
- Experience in analysis, including in readiness, maintenance, and supply data
- Experience coordinating with depots, OEMs, and logistics organizations, including supporting depot planning and engineering activities
- Knowledge of DoD readiness, sustainment frameworks, and logistics systems
- Ability to support rotating or extended operational shifts
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a Logistics or Supply field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in contested logistics, operational planning, or global readiness forecasting
- Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, or predictive analytics
- Experience with OCONUS sustainment and deployment support
- Experience with FR & S transformation initiatives
- Experience producing AWP, CASREP, NMCS / PMCS, or allowance based products
- Knowledge of MICAP, TSL, and repair pipeline constraints
- Knowledge in corrosion, composites, subsystem engineering, or LO repair
- Master's degree in a Logistics or Supply field
