OSINT Analyst
The Opportunity :
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an open-source analyst, you use your spe cia lized technical, language, and regional experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence, products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. What You'll Work On:
- Serve as an OSINT Analyst responsible for assisting in the daily facilitation of the command's intelligence production.
- Provide direct PAI and OSINT analysis support during active kinetic or non-kinetic operations.
- Provide support to target discovery, network development, and tactical exploitation directly supporting the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD ) cycle.
- Produce serialized OSINT reporting for the intelligence community.
- Perform other intelligence support tasks as directed by the client.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with OSINT analysis at the operational and strategic levels, including in SOF organizations
- Experience with writing IC writing guidelines such as DIA standard analytical products
- Experience with Tradecraft & Managed Attribution ( MA), including the employment of MA systems such as Silo or Ntrepid to maintain operational security ( OPSEC )
- Experience with digital signature reduction and the management of non-attributable vs. misattributable digital behaviors
- Experience with PAI or OSINT met hodologies as they apply to counterterrorism
- Knowledge of OSINT met hodologies, analytical tradecraft, SOF met hodologies, the European geopolitical landscape, and multiple OSINT tools and platforms, including so cia l media monitoring tools, web scraping tools, data visualization sof t war e, and various Commer cia l Off-The-Shelf ( COTS ) tool
- Knowledge of the PAI and OSINT ecosystem, including use of automated scrapers, AI integration, and secure data transport protocols, geospatial query interfaces, image or fa cia l recognition tools, advanced so cia l media analytics, link analysis such as Maltego or Analyst's Notebook, and geospatial visualization such as Google Earth Pro or ArcGIS to communicate complex networks
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Completion of an OSINT Course, including OSINT Basic Course ( OBC ) , SANS SEC497, CASO OSINT, DIA OSINT, or SOF OSINT

- Experience with Micro sof t applications, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of technical tradecraft tailored to the digital landscape of the region or country of focus
- Knowledge of NATO priorities, standards, and requirements
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community structure and the integration of PAI with all-source intelligence met hodologies
- Ability to deliver "Bottom Line Up Front" ( BLUF ) briefings to senior operational commander s under compressed timelines
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
