What you'll do

We are seeking an innovative and energetic Program Manager with extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT program management, digital transformation, governance, and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic problem solver who can drive enterprise-level programs, mentor project teams, and partner effectively with business and technology leaders.

The day-to-day

  • Lead large-scale, complex programs across multiple business units, including technology, operations, and enterprise functions.
  • Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management plans.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational strategy, helping to develop and achieve Objectives and Key Results.
  • Participate in portfolio reviews to ensure alignment and prioritization of initiatives.
  • Track benchmarks, balanced scorecards, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Manage vendor contracts, performance, and relationships.
  • Forecast and manage project budgets and procurement activities.
  • Promote standard processes in project methodology, Agile, SDLC, and managing organizational transitions.
  • Support the development and rollout of PMO policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive process improvements related to project intake, prioritization, solution evaluation, and organizational change management.

What you'll need

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project and program management.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level programs with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and digital transformation.
  • Experience with portfolio reporting, SLA and benchmark development and management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resource capacity.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and partner management skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, AdaptiveWork.
  • Experience with cloud migrations, AI implementations, or other enterprise data initiatives.

What will help you on the job

  • Experience working or managing projects governed by the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Experience in financial management (capital planning, return on investment, make/buy analysis, and similar financial activities).
  • ITIL v4 Foundation, Lean Six Sigma or related certificate.
  • PMP, PgMP, or ACP certificate desired.

Salary range

$119,000.00 - $188,500.00 / annually.For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $148,500.00- $222,500.00/ annually
