Job Description

Job Title: OpenClaw / NeMoClaw Engineer
Work Location: REMOTE
Duration: 6-12 months
Education/Experience Required: NemoClaw and OpenClaw deployment, hardening and production support experience
Join a high-impact Innovation group inside a multi-billion-dollar enterprise where emerging AI infrastructure is becoming a real, executive-facing capability. This role is not a lab experiment. It is a chance to architect, deploy, harden, and support OpenClaw and, preferably, NemoClaw environments used by senior leadership and high-value business stakeholders.

You will help shape how the enterprise operationalizes autonomous AI agents across local hardware, virtual servers, and modern messaging platforms. The ideal candidate can build systems that are fast, secure, supportable, and scalable, while operating with the discretion and polish required in executive environments.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Architect, deploy, and support multiple OpenClaw and NemoClaw instances across local hardware, Mac hosts, Ubuntu/Linux servers, and virtualized environments.
  • Design secure, scalable multi-instance Claw environments with strong isolation, clear routing, and maintainable production standards.
  • Implement NemoClaw security controls including least-privilege access, deny-by-default network policy, sandboxing, protected configs, non-root execution, and secret hygiene.
  • Build and manage multi-agent and multi-user Claw architectures with isolated workspaces, role-based access, and environment-specific controls.
  • Deploy and support Claw across Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu/Linux, including WSL2-based Windows patterns where appropriate.
  • Configure and secure integrations across modern messaging platforms including iMessage, Discord, Telegram, Slack, Signal, WhatsApp, Teams, and similar channels.
  • Own iMessage deployment patterns, including Mac-side dependencies, BlueBubbles-style architecture, permissions, and hybrid host designs.
  • Design secure model and inference connectivity patterns, including local inference, provider routing, and privacy-aware deployment decisions.
  • Create production-ready install, upgrade, patching, monitoring, logging, health check, and incident response processes.
  • Troubleshoot live issues involving authentication, routing, pairing, transport, policy, and platform-specific failures.
  • Provide high-touch production support for C-level and executive users with urgency, discretion, and strong communication.
  • Partner with security, infrastructure, networking, and endpoint teams to align Claw deployments with enterprise controls and change standards.
  • Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams, build guides, SOPs, runbooks, and support handoff material.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience deploying and supporting OpenClaw in production; NemoClaw production experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of NemoClaw security concepts including sandboxing, policy enforcement, secure onboarding, and enterprise hardening.
  • Proven experience managing multiple Claw instances or similar always-on agent, messaging, or automation platforms in production.
  • Strong systems expertise across Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu/Linux, with practical knowledge of each platform's deployment tradeoffs.
  • Experience with Docker, Docker Desktop, Colima, WSL2, Linux services, and host-level hardening for production environments.
  • Strong enterprise security background including least privilege, egress control, config protection, non-root execution, secret handling, and audit-friendly operations.
  • Experience integrating messaging and collaboration platforms such as iMessage, Discord, Telegram, Slack, Signal, WhatsApp, and Teams.
  • Direct experience with Apple messaging integration patterns, including Mac-based service dependencies, permissions, and secure bridge design.
  • Strong command-line, scripting, and automation skills, including Node.js environments, shell scripting, and repeatable deployment workflows.
  • Experience with production support, live troubleshooting, log analysis, root-cause analysis, and operational recovery under pressure.
  • Ability to support executive and C-level users with professionalism, speed, and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create usable documentation for engineering, security, and support teams.
  • Preferred background in platform engineering, SRE, enterprise messaging, endpoint engineering, virtual servers, and secure AI infrastructure.
