At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As an Intel Ops Support, a typical day will include the following duties:
GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Intelligence Operations Support to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below.
The resource shall be responsible for documenting international collaboration efforts and related activities in various reports and internal products. The resource shall provide updates on activities to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders. The resource shall coordinate with appropriate teams and stakeholders to develop viable, coordinated plans to achieve objectives. The resource shall monitor all incoming communications and routinely draft and coordinate various reports and updates.
The resource shall plan, manage, and coordinate a variety of projects and initiatives, ensuring the highest level of process is applied throughout.
The resource shall prepare for and present at Panels and Boards, prepare metrics, conduct name traces and other research as necessary, assist in processing payment memorandums, and draft/brief agreements, reports, highlights, metrics, and administrative plans.
The resource shall provide operational management support related to special operations, including support to cyber activities, network operations, and information gathering operations.
The resource shall present relevant findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, to include senior organizational management.
The resource shall respond to cable traffic, conduct traces, and provide appropriate guidance to the field as part of overall program management.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in cable writing, dissemination, and coordination in support of projects.
- Demonstrated experience with utilizing Duty Officer (DO) systems to track DO records and draft and coordinate official DO correspondence.
- Demonstrated experience briefing review boards, management, HQS, and field elements.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish mission objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in proactively engaging with peers, management, and mission partners to complete tasks in a timely manner, initiating conversation with relevant stakeholders and following up to ensure there is no gap in communication.
Desired Skills and Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence operations
- Experience supporting intelligence operations (e.g.: watch operations or knowledge management)
- Specific certifications or education/training may be required, depending on job assignment
