We are seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant / Travel Coordinator / Training Certificate Manager to support the NISSC III program. In this role, you will provide essential administrative, travel, and training‑tracking support to employees working on systems vital to national defense and national security priorities. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting a diverse team.

Primary Responsibilities: 

Travel Coordination
  • Arrange domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and required documentation (passports, visas, clearances)
  • Ensure all travel aligns with company policies, budgets, and approval processes
  • Work with accounting to approve and code travel-related invoices
  • Prepare travel plans and alternative options for traveler and management review
  • Use computerized reservation and ticketing systems to book travel and issue itineraries
  • Confirm all reservations prior to travel and ensure travelers have required documentation
  • Track and audit travel activities, expenses, and payments
  • Prepare travel-related management reports
  • Serve as a resource for travelers, researching and resolving travel-related issues

Administrative Support
  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, correspondence management, and document organization
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally and provide accurate messaging
  • Support scheduling of appointments, meetings, and team events
  • Communicate with management, employees, and customers regarding various requirements
  • Collaborate with team members on projects to enhance operational efficiency

Training Certificate Management
  • Track training requirements across all elements of the NISSC III contract
  • Maintain records of individual certifications and ensure timely renewals
  • Identify training requirements and convert them into actionable plans for personnel
  • Monitor training deficiencies and develop corrective plans to ensure compliance


Required Qualifications: 
  • High School graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • US Citizen; Currently possessing an Active DoD Secret clearance or obtain/maintain upon hire.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar clerical role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with office management practices and procedures
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to improve workflow processes
  • Minimum of four years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) and Internet-based tools
  • Experience using Concur or similar online travel booking systems   


Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting DoD, Air Force, or other government programs

Pay Range: Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
