Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Administrator to join our team in Laurel, MD.

Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to:
- Strong background in Cisco FirePower Firewalls.
- Must maintain and upgrade networks, including routers and switches.
- Must update and configure virus protection software and other programs to keep the networks secure.
- Must apply Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) fixes to switches and Software Test and Evaluation (STE) policies.
- Designing and planning the network for Cisco NEXUS switches
- Setting up, and maintaining a Cisco network
- Must be able to configure Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) for device administration on switches.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools (Solarwinds)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or an associate's degree and 15 years of relevant experience or 20 years of experience with a high school diploma
- Experience downloading software and upgrading Cisco switches and firewalls.
- Must have Cisco FirePower firewalls experience
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to move, carry and deliver workstations from inside the office to customer's desk. The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
