Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and manage documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational and project requirements.
• Conduct research to support decision-making, planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and track plans, strategies, and process improvements in support of project goals.
• Coordinate and interact extensively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and a diverse range of business professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Translate project-specific strategies into actionable tasks, deliverables, memoranda, and execution plans.
• Perform business analytics to assess trends, risks, and performance metrics, present findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare professional memoranda, reports, briefings, and contingency plans to support operational readiness and risk mitigation.
• Support problem-solving and adaptive planning in a challenging and evolving work environment.

• Travel Requirements: Minimal
• Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Minimum of 7 years of experience
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, departments, and organizational levels.
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure, challenging environments that require flexibility and sound judgment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in research, documentation review, and business analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet deadlines and project objectives.

Desired:

• Experience supporting programs, projects, or operations in complex organizational settings.
• Familiarity with strategic planning, risk management, or contingency planning processes.
